Items will ship within 3 to 7 days by USPS. Orders within USA will arive with in 1-2 days from when they are shipped. All USA orders come with tracking information. If you still have not received your purchase after 4 weeks, please notify 33levels@gmail.com and we will solve the issue. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to be delivered due to customs and things out of our hands. 

Tracking

All tracking information will be provided on oursecrethouse.com so we highly suggest you create an account when ordering. An e-mail will be sent out to you when your order has shipped providing you with the tracking information. International orders do not come with tracking information since USPS does not provide this option.
